Military families on the move

Because we move around so much, it's scary to think about what could happen if our home doesn't sell or if all of a sudden, we become Landlords. "Becoming a Landlord by Choice or By Default" was a truly a blessing.

Hi, I’m Jammie

Real Estate Agent/Instructor/Property Manager & Owner/Advocate

I am the proud Founder of GBM Instruction; an approved Georgia Continuing Education School.

I hold Real Estate licenses in Georgia and Alabama where, in addition to purchase and sales, I've developed excellent property management experience over the past decade managing single-family and multi-family properties.

The rental portfolios I've managed have produced over 1 million dollars of actual annual net rental income.

My extensive property management experience with various tax credit entities such as LIHTC, Bond, HUD’s PHA and PBRA properties and conventionally financed residential and multi- family properties has enabled me to write better curricula for public education platforms such as this. I specialize in marketing, increasing profitability, repositioning and effectively reducing delinquent accounts.

Early in my career and continuing familial traditions of serving voiceless and unknowing populations; I began writing real estate curriculum. Although, available to the public, this material is largely authorized by Georgia’s Real Estate Commission, to offer continuing education credits to attending Agents and Brokers.

My library of self-authored works concentrates on practical matters and solutions surrounding homelessness, homeless prevention, foreclosure prevention and protecting stakeholder interests. It also highlights missing or broken property management practices.

Originally intended for Real Estate Agents, Property Managers and Investors, my target audience expanded to include civilian and veteran supportive housing organizations.

I recognized the benefits of offering education to supportive housing organizations and its clients could lead to an enormous but positive societal economic impact.

There could also be a reduction in homelessness and tenant rights violations and eventually- investor participation could increase.

My compassion for others is an inherited characteristic from my grandparents and parents who provided meals and affordable housing to disadvantaged citizens and veterans and active-duty military members and families.

The same love and compassion for the real estate marketplace continues through educational workshops and advocacy.
